Devorah Ross was a kind of jack-of-all-trades in the production of Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. She was involved in the teleplay and wrote several episodes. Furthermore, she wasn't only one of the two voice directors (the other one was Andrea Romano), she was also the voice actor of Jeremy's mother in Bearing Up Baby. Aside from CDRR, she also wrote for e.g. TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck, The Little Mermaid, Bonkers, Winnie the Pooh, The Return of Jafar, Balto II, and several Land Before Time parts.

She was best friends with Deborah Walley who also told her about the Ranger fandom in general and the Acorn Cafe in particular, so she was the third former CDRR staff member to join the Cafe and post. Dev was as overwhelmed about how big and active the Ranger fandom still was as the Rangerphiles were meeting her. She asked the patrons to tell her why everyone was still a fan of a show which was almost forgotten at Disney. However, this was long ago when folks like Natasha Kashefipour, Matt Plotecher and Björn Kirkerowitz were still around.

Trivia

Dev's first name appears in Battle of the Bulge as the name of a TV aerobics trainer. Since Dev wrote the episode herself, this might be the first case of self-insertion in the history of CDRR.
