Snout is one of four core members of Fat Cat's gang.

Snout is a rat dressed in a red shirt, black sleeveless jacket and a blue cap. The cap usually covers his eyes.

Snout was the only gangmember not to appear in To the Rescue. It is unclear whether he didn't join Fat Cat's gang until later or if he was just occupied with something else.
