After their One-Year Vacation the Rangers return to their normal activities, until a guest from the past arrives with astounding and extremely bad news. It turns out he is the famous detective Shureluck Jones and winded up 100 years later in pursuit of Norton Nimnul. Apparently, the professor got a hold on Gadget's time machine plans and is now using a duplicate to steal world-famous diamonds from all times and places. But that is only the top of the iceberg.
