BOC42 has joined the Acorn Cafe on February 10, 2006, and introduced herself one week later. However, her active Rangerphilia dates back much longer. In October 2005, she started writing down her first and by now only released piece of fan fiction, Closer Than a Brother.
She is the rare case of a female Gadgephile. At the hardware store at which she works, she wears a name tag reading, "Gadget". However, she is also one of the probably few female Trekkies.
Furthermore, BOC42 is a Ranger Wiki contributor.
