Golden Acorn Awards

Every year since 2002, the Acorn Cafe has awarded outstanding Rangerphiles, creations and achievements in several categories with the Golden Acorn Award. Nominations and elections are done by the Rangerphiles. The ceremonies themselves are held at the end of a year or the very beginning of the following year, pre-written as fanfic-like scripts by involved Rangerphiles and assembled and published by Dr. Indy in real-time to create the feeling of a live show.
In contrast to the Plato Awards, only works from one year's period can be given a Golden Acorn Award.
