Mr. Gribbish appeared in "The Luck Stops Here." The carnival operator was unnamed.

At one point in the episode, Gadget refers to the carnival operator as "Quigley", and the subtitles later give that as his name as well. I don't know where else in the episode his name is mentioned though (how did Gadget know his name?).
