Cat Street, like its corollary Cat Alley, is a street filled with cats. Quite an infamous street for rodents, as Monterey Jack is scared stiff by even a mere mention of the name. Unlike Cat Alley, however, Cat Street is located in Hong Kong and is filled with oriental types of cats, one of which rings a gong whenever a potential meal (such as the Rangers) has entered the street.

Cat Street is featured in the episode "Puffed Rangers."
