I notice that when I add a comment to a discussion - as I'm doing here - the timestamp button works correctly and produces a small line and the timestamp code: dash-dash-tilde-tilde-tilde-tilde. If I use the edit tab and click on the timestamp button, though, it returns dash-dash-dash-dash.
