Also, the categories '~~AllTime~~ Best' and 'Legend of the Fandom' were dropped since it was decided that there's no use of awarding them every year and that they'll probably be reintroduced with five years time span. Instead the new category, 'Rangerphile of the Year', was introduced, as well as a separate category for best translation of foreign fanfics or comics into Russian to promote the work of those who help to bridge the gap between foreign and Russian-speaking communities and make the famous foreign works available to broader audience.
