Using this template
This template should be added add the head of all template pages in this form:
<noinclude>{{Template:Template}}
</noinclude>Start of the template...
As you can see, the template should start directly after the </noinclude> tag. If it starts on a new line then you will get 1 blank line in pages that use this template.
