A subset of articles are beginning to be mirrored over at Fan History Wiki. You may notice interwiki links/banners appearing to this effect. See here to read more about mirrored articles, or here for the Fan History Wiki help page regarding the interwiki link. Local rules still apply for mirrored articles.
Some advantages of the mirroring arrangement:
- Increased exposure for articles
- Added redundancy (in case of server failure, etc.)
- Potentially increased local server performance (due to redundancy)
Disadvantages of the mirroring arrangement:
