The awards for 'Best All-Time Artwork' and 'Best All-Time Fanfic' were amended and named after [[Deborah Walley]] and [[Tex Henson]] respectively to commemorate two people who made Rescue Rangers possible and to the great regret of all the Rangerphiles passed away.
